Orange Chocolate Hazelnut Bark

Serves: 1 lb of bark
  • 12 ounces of bittersweet chocolate
  • ¾ cup of toasted hazelnuts
  • ½ teaspoon of orange zest
  • 2 teaspoons of brewed coffee
  1. Melt chocolate on double boiler.
  2. Stir in coffee and orange zest.
  3. Stir in hazelnuts
  4. Pour onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Store in freezer.
