My Anti-Flat Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Serves: two dozen cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars.
  3. Mix in egg and egg yolk
  4. Mix in baking soda and vanilla
  5. Mix in flour
  6. Mix in chocolate chips
  7. Refrigerate overnight, but they are best after 36 hours
  8. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper
  9. Bake for 8-11 minutes until cookies are golden.
