The World's Best Potato Salad

Serves: 8-10 servings
- 4 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- ¾ cup of sour cream
- ¼ cup of mayonnaise
- 4 green onions sliced
- salt and pepper
- Add potatoes to pot of cold salted water and bring to a boil. Boil until soft.
- Drain and put into large bowl. While potatoes are still warm, add butter, sour cream, mayonnaise, chives and stir until covered.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
