We Bought a House—And It’s a Fixer-Upper.

June 18, 2015 by Talia Bunting 5 Comments

We bought our first house last month. It’s what you might call a fixer upper. Right now we’re missing flooring in two rooms and our living room wall split in two when we had the foundation fixed. But, we have a home and it’s our home. Also I can walk to the farmers market three blocks down, so thats a happy time. Of course I can’t afford to buy anything anymore. We’re on a strict beans and rice diet for the next 15 years.
